All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Because we partner directly with multiple UK-based craftspeople and production warehouses to bring you unique items, products in the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in multiple packages.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard domestic shipping across the UK. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the specific item and warehouse location.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially left our partner warehouse. The tracking information is usually active and scannable within 24 hours.

 

4. Damages & Lost Packages

Aura Oak Home is fully committed to ensuring your items arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@auraoakhome.com. Please include your order number and photographs of any damaged packaging or items so our team can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
